Cafelluca – Dinner and sunset while sailing over the Nile
I love it to spend the weekends beside the Nile. And to make it even more fun, a few weeks ago I spend an evening on the Nile. Sailing with Cafelluca, having delicious dinner and watching the sunset. Can it be better?
Cafelluca – dinner experience on the Nile
Like one year ago that I was sitting in a cafe next to the Nile. It was the end of the day and the sun starts to go down. On that moment I saw an amazing decorated felukka sailing by. A felukka is a typical Egyptian sailing boat but this one looks different. More modern. The decoration was amazing and I really felt I needed to be on that boat. So I did some research and finally it was there : The instagram page of Cafelluca hihi. On that moment I realized this could be the best night out together with my mom, auntie and best friend.
Last month they we’re visiting Cairo four our Egyptian wedding. I wanted to do something fun and special. And what’s more special than sailing on the Nile river and watch the sunset?
Cafelluca has two boats, because we were with 4 persons we took ofcourse the smaller one. But the bigger board can hoast more than 10 people! For sure this will be an amazing experience with family or friends,
Having dinner in a boat on the Nile
When we enter the restaurant we already saw the boat in the water. The waiters we’re preparing the food, the music and everything to give us a wonderful evening. This was a surprise for my mom, aunt and Naomi so they were more than happy when they realized we will not just have dinner nearby the Nile. But actually on the Nile. The boat looked so pretty, with the wooden decorations and white oriental details. Watching the sunset while the wind was blowing through my hair and the music in the background makes us relaxed. Exactly what we needed a few days for our wedding!

Food & Music
Like I said, exactly what we needed. Delicious Lebanese and Egyptian dishes and ofcourse some soda and water for drinks. We took our time for having dinner while watching the sunset. After dinner they served some delicious deserts followed by coffee and tea. And then enjoying the last moments on the boat with some live guitar play, the best way to end this two hour sailing experience.
Thank you Cafelluca for this amazing experience, will definately come back soon :).
